Whisky Diary is a personal collection management and tasting notes app for whisky enthusiasts. Users can access the following features:

• Whisky collection management
• Tasting notes creation and storage
• Purchase record management
• Community sharing through public feed
• Social interaction with emoji reactions

3.1 Account Creation

• You can sign in using Google or Apple account
• Anonymous login is available, but data backup is not guaranteed
• Account information must be accurate and up-to-date

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, notes, ratings, etc.)
• You must have appropriate rights to the content you upload

4.2 License Grant

By posting content to the public feed, you agree to:

• Allow other users to view your public content
• Allow the App to use your content for service provision and improvement

4.3 Content Management

• You can edit or delete your content at any time
• You can change content from public to private

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collecting or using others' personal information without authorization
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Uploading content that infringes copyright
• Attempting to breach or bypass app security
• Posting spam, advertisements, or commercial content
• Impersonating others or engaging in deceptive practices
• Using the app for inappropriate purposes

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent deletion.

6. Advertising

• The App displays ads through Google AdMob
• Advertising is the revenue model to provide free service
• Personalized ad consent can be managed in app settings

7. Intellectual Property

• The app's design, logo, and software are the developer's intellectual property
• You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering, copying, or modifying the app is prohibited

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Service Provision

• Service is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee error-free service
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, delays, or errors

8.2 Data Loss

• Data backup is your responsibility
• Anonymous login carries risk of data loss
• We are not liable for data loss due to technical issues

8.3 External Links

• We are not responsible for content on external links in the app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for data loss, business loss, or loss of profits
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services (Firebase, AdMob)

• Upon service termination, we will provide a period for data download

• Courts of South Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes
